Seven things that I just know will happen on my school farewell…

Farewell *breaks down*
Not that it’s here yet, but with some of my friends graduating, I’ve started to get a gut feel of what my farewell might look like…
1) Tears.
I just know that I am about to break into tears like the world has come crashing down. Screw the expensive mascara, out of my way, I need a hug.
2) Lots and LOTS of shopping.
This is like your only chance to actually look really good in school. No uniform *sigh* but we’re gonna be wearing saares, traditional much? And yes, there will be more tears if I don’t find the perfect one to wear.
3) Major freaking out.
Wait. What did you just say? School? Over? No more waking up at six in the morning to deal with stupidity? Noooooo. What am I supposed to do with life now?
4) Teachers speeches.
No ma’am, I swear, no matter how much I bitched about you when you screamed at me. I love you so much, don’t send me away *sobs* the importance of my teachers and my love for them is something I’ve very recently realized and I don’t think I can deal with having to go away from their shelter….just no.
5) But first… Let me take a selfie.
Okay, maybe I did manage to ruin my mascara, but I must have pictures with every single person that is present at the event. I’m not kidding, even the helpers. “Let there be an awesome snap chat story”.
6) Tour of the school.
The one we were given when we joined? Yeah we’re gonna take one of those again. The corridors and the classrooms, the boards we spent ages decorating and the stage that gave us countless opportunities. The memories are endless.
7) More tears.
Say no more, this is bound to happen. Leaving the school premises for the last time is my worst nightmare. No more dispenser fights, no more bunking classes, no more hugs and kisses in the mornings, no more weird screams *voice starts cracking*
Oh god. I’m dreading this day, the fact that it’s going to be here before I know it, is scary.
For now, I’ll just go clear the shelves for my new books. *phew*
Until later.

Bae, not scared as you but I don’t want school to end either.
Don’t you be worrying. I’ll be ordering a truck of napkins for your tears.
And we’re gonna find you the perfect saari and you’re gonna make it look better. ❤

For this reason you must enjoy every single moment now, even assignments because when all that comes to an end, you will miss it like crazy.

    1. Yeah I’m sure I will, I already feel nostalgic about something that hasn’t even happened yet

  3. Just a little heads up. It’s not going to be as bad as you think. I cried everytime I thought of farewell till a month before farewell. And on farewell itself, I was all cried out already, so nothing worked 😛
