Just like a movie…

And they sat across each other with the most innocent of grins on their faces. However, under the table was another story. Their feet intertwined and evident eye contact couldn’t help but make her blush. As dinner was served, he gripped her feet between his tighter, making her conscious of her surroundings while he had a perpetual smirk that initially drew her towards him. Conversing and chatting away, every time someone spoke to her, his feet rubbed themselves against her ankle making her stutter. He on the other hand, remained calm and contrite.
Taking quick glances at him, she thought to herself of how amazing it would be to kiss those lips, to have his hands on her and burry her face in his shirt. But that wasn’t the case, she wasn’t ready for it just yet. However, meeting someone like him certainly made her see things in a different light. Who cared about the guy that left her? She wanted to be in the moment and enjoy every little inch of contact between their skins. And so she did.
This was her getaway and it had been perfect from top to bottom.
