For the rough days;


  1. Make some tea and take a deep breath. People often underestimate the power of a deep breath that lifts all worries from your chest. Feel it rise above you and regain your focus.
  2. Take a warm shower. Let the negative vibes wash away and treat your body as gently as possible. You are the personification of your thoughts.
  3. Make a list of all the things that make you smile, no matter how little. Remember all the times you were thankful for the life you have and the people that surround you. Find a place for yourself on that list.
  4. Give yourself a homemade facial and fall in love with every single freckle and mark on your skin. Remind yourself that you, are a warrior.
  5. Call an old friend. Let yourself be consumed by the beauty of the past and remember that those who matter will always hold on.
  6. Bake a cake. Take a break from mundane lifestyles and chores and enjoy the deliciousness you create.
  7. Find someone to hug. Feel their warmth spread across you and don’t let go until all the negativity is replaced by a bittersweet feeling of positivity.
  8. Watch a movie. Wrap yourself under thick blankets and watch your favourite movie while eating your favourite dish, no matter how much your mom tells you not to eat on the couch.
  9. Read a book. Get lost in another world and let words mesmerize you.
  10. Some days you do not have to force yourself to be happy. It’s okay to not be okay. Sit down and feel the nothingness put you to sleep.
  11. Repeat until you feel the positivity come back to you.

    I can get drowned reading books for whole day.. Of course hot shower is one more good solution .. U feel very relaxed
